In my college days of long hours of study and architectural drawings, I noticed my eye sight dwindling. This was back in 1986 as a third year student at SDSU and the year is significant because it was the year that I began vision therapy, here at Optometric, with Dr. Valenti. I spent a few months going to weekly therapy sessions and faithfully practicing daily eye exercises at home.
