After a morning of high anxiety and many phone calls to this organization, the bill has been cleared. The office manager acted professionally.
SENIORS BEWARE: At 67 years old I was told I have dry eye and signs of cataracts then billed as a medical diagnosis. I believe this common aliment of 67 year olds is not a diagnosis. I am now stuck with a bill for a medical diagnosis not an examination. AND told if I want to talk to the doctor or tech who were in the room at the time, I will be charged! I was also told I signed a paper saying this would happen. Really? (Bu)Eyer Beware!
