Dr. Ferro and his staff run the best optometry practice I’ve ever patronized. And I am 76 and have been wearing glasses since I was 12. Everyone is attentive, kind and helpful. The staff at the front desk are the perfect combination of friendly and functional. Dr. Ferro is a gem. He looks for anything he can possibly find during exams to improve your vision. I had my regular check up with Dr Farro on Oct 4. He was great, knowledgeable and efficient. Ordered contact lenses the same day, I was told they should be ready for pick up the next Monday and their staffs will call me. I waited to next Tuesday, no calls. So I called them instead. I was told the contacts haven’t arrived. Understandable, that happens but some sort of update would be appreciated.
