Dr Nancy wiggins and her demeanor with her staff and patients has gotten very unprofessional. She needs to control her temper better. She berated staff in front of a whole waiting room while they were doing a very good job if i say so myself. I am a nurse in ohio and manage an entire floor and have never experienced such behavior from a provider. Very disappointing to witness.
We needed help on an eye emergency Thanksgiving weekend. Dr Wiggins met us at the office, sparing us an ER visit and with much better results. So grateful. I have been seeing doctors in this group for 40 years. It isn’t just a job to any of them. They have a passion for quality care.
Dr Rodriguez was wonderful. I had many concerns and explained everything to me. It made me feel so much better. He was very nice, very personable and very understanding.
