Very frustrated. I was with OBC for 4 years as a new business owner. They were supposed to be taking care of billing medically and posting EOBs to my office management software. We would send all remittances to them and they had access through the clearinghouse. Over the last quarter, my new billing agency has continued uncovering that many were not entered in which inflated my accounts receivable, some of which had been paid just entered, and left thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars unpaid. Horrible experience going two months and have not received our products. For spending over $400 you would expect some sort of customer service or tracking. Although they claimed to have returned my call/emails and could not get through our phone systems say different.
