I had written a bad review that I now need to update. I blamed a reimbursement issue on Optometric Associates of Warren County. As the billing department and I further investigated the problem, it now turns out that the problem is actually with Aetna Medicare Advantage, between their Client Services Department and their Provider Services Department.
