The staff here are truly wonderful. They made a stressful and hard situation as simple and as easy as they could for me. So grateful for the genuine kindness and understating they showed. Amaya made my whole week!! Never going anywhere else. It’s obvious they value you as a human being here, and do the best they can to take care of you. I hope the staff here understands how greatly appreciated their simple acts of kindness are.

Great eye place. Very patient during the exam. I have trouble doing the eye puff of air test and they were very patient with me.
I just had a really good experience with the Good Dr Lancaster location. Just over 90 days ago I got my first pair of glasses in over 30 years, a pair of ray bans with transitions extractive polarized lenses with the antiglare coating. Couldn't be happier with my experience at that time. Within a few days I kept noticing that while driving at night and while watching TV, there was a significant horizontal lens flare that seemed out of place. Very pleased with this office! Both the Dr and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Last summer I needed to replace my sunglasses before leaving for vacation. The technician assisting me ensured that my glasses arrived in time and that they were in perfect shape. This was the best eye doctor experience I've had in a very long time. I will definitely be returning!
