In this time, when everyone is stressed, every employee I encountered during my recent first visit, was beyond kind and helpful. I didn’t feel like I was rushed in and out—my exam was very thorough. Dr. Ebersole (“Dr. E”), answered all my questions and took the time to explain things I didn’t quite understand. From the people who work behind the desk to the folks who helped me pick out new glasses, all were knowledgeable, kind and courteous. I highly recommend them.

We love Dr. Ebersole and we also love the Tech Lindsay. The whole office is efficient and smooth operating. From the visit to the lens center, I’ve always gotten kind and considerate care and they are so good with my daughters.
Very friendly staff well trained kept place clean. Doctors have amazing attitudes never been disappointed in the quality of care.
Optometric Associates could actually uphold federal law, the Americans With Disabilities Act, and not force customers with a disability to wear a mask if they have a disability that physically prevents them from wearing a mask. They are afraid of a virus with a 99.998% survival/recovery rate because the governor tells them to be. I've been going here since I was a child. And more than 30 years later, I'm out. I have seen many of the providers here since I was a kid and they are all wonderful. They have always been willing to get me an appointment in a timely manner, the appointments run smoothly and efficiently, and they have been extremely helpful in navigating insurance and costs. I will always go here as long as I live in the area 👁👁 🤓
they are quick and thorough, friendly, understanding and accommodating. eye exams were quick easy and they have no issue answering any questions as it would go on. Getting help with getting the right frames and additions to the lenses. this was my 2nd appointment but have got 4 times already for my wife and every time with out fail are extremely polite patient and friendly with us and our daughter.
Friendly staff, very helpful and didn’t take long for my eye exam appointment and finding glasses.
I had an “eye event” during the night which scared me. I called the OA office first thing in the morning. They squeezed me in for a 1:15 appointment that same day and thoroughly examined my eye. I was relieved to have quick, competent care.
