BEWARE!!! Actually, negative star rating ⭐️-5. They wear Vector Security shirts, but works for Optom. This is the worst company ever! The positive reviews are written by people that works for Optom or used to work for Optom. Chris Burrup is the owner and he written a 5 star review as if he was a customer! Great Company!
I have had my security system with optom for a while now. I have been very pleased with the sales and service on this. My sales agent Tammy Simmons LaBruyere was very knowledgeable in explaining how it all worked. The installer was also very knowledgeable of explaining how to use when at home or not home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
I have worked with this company for the past 5 years. I have to say that this is the greatest job and employers I have ever worked for. The integrity level of the owners of this company is truly impressive.
