Today I needed an emergency appointment. The receptionist was very helpful. Called back and was able to fit me in . The doctor and all staff were very nice warm and professional. I was very happy with th doctor and the treatment. I would highly recommend.
Excellent service. These guys got high-end technology (at the Pierrefonds location). The reception was cool- fixed my glasses after another store used anti-freeze on it. I didn't think it was possible, but my glasses are good-as-new.
Attentive, Professional and friendly service. Stunning boutique with quality products at affordable prices. Really happy with my eye exam and my glasses. Highly recommend this place.
The receptionist was awesome. She did an amazing job. She is also very friendly & welcoming. I gave a 3 because I was not very pleased with my eye exam with the Dr. I paid $150, which is already more than most places. She knows I'm a diabetic & the main reason I came there was to make sure I had no diabetes in my eyes. I haven't had an exam in 3 years, however, she did not check for that. Instead she said I should go see my ophtalmologist. Why didn't she check for the for the diabetes since I paid her & I was already there?... read more
WORST EYE EXAM EVER!!!! Dr.V Illanganathan do not go here. The receptionist started off the preliminary tests , the Dr. Barges in it was my 1st ( and last time here) so I do not even know she is the Dr. Does not introduce herself started pushing the nice receptionist out of the way barking orders at her. Then proceeds with the quickest eye exam I have ever had in my life, no explanation as to the new prescription . I ask how bad my eyes have gotten she responds it will all be on your papers.
