What to expect: - expect them to give you the wrong prescription and have to go more than once - expect to not have the same ophthalmologist because their staff keeps churning - expect them to be defensive and argumentative when you raise concerns - expect that they won't take notes about anything you've communicated to them - don't go here if you have a job and need to go back to work. Appointments take over 1hr in total. Wouldn't recommend being a senior either due to ageism I witnessed by receptionists
I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic. I was charged multiple times, yet my eye issue was never properly resolved. I had to return several times because my lenses and glasses were repeatedly messed up. It felt like I was paying for their mistakes, not for solutions. Extremely disappointed with how things were handled. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
The optometrists there are professional, I have no complaints. But one of their assisstant optometrist/receptionist asked about my age out of nownere and it made me uncomfortable. I'm a young adult and I'm probably around her age, but I felt the way she asked was like talking to a kid. I don't mind when older people ask about my age, but this just felt awkward. Great experience. Lovely staff and a good selection of glasses. We got glasses for the whole family!
This Is a great Place to go to, the nurses were friendly, and because I dont have a medical card, a lot of the Clinic dont accept it, but they welcomed me. Because my situation was a little bit urgent, they booked an appointement for me for me fastly, the appointement was just 1 hour from the time I called them. The doctor has a great sense of humor and they solved my problemes fastly. I hardly recommend you to go visite this Place when you have a eye problem and when you want to change your glasses or contact lenses.
