RecommendedOver many years, OPTM staff have helped me rehab from knee, neck, wrist and other injuries. Most recently, Ben helped me with my knee, evaluating not just the knee, but everything that affects the knee. Then developing a treatment plan to address those issues and give me the tools to hopefully avoid/delay future issues. And I'm now back to hiking pain-free with no inflammation! Thank you!

When I tore my ACL, OPTM worked with me to get back to full function! The progression of exercises was good and the video recordings/app with my home exercises were extremely helpful.
