Terrible personal que está enfrente, un mal carácter , como si estuviera enojados todo el tiempo , groseras , tienen demasiadas consultas no me dan ganas de regresar

Would give negative stars if possible! DO NOT GO HERE! The most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. Dr Gustavo was rude and felt like we were rushed. Gave a diagnosis about my son’s eyes before looking at them himself! It was one thing after another! I’m disgusted! Horrible place

I walked out feeling condescended to, like I had bruised his ego by asking questions and advocating for my child. ”Well, since you’re so convinced that you’re right maybe you should go see another doctor.” Felt rushed like we were going to make him late for something. I would give doctor Gonzalez negative stars if I could. I took my one year old son for clogged tear ducts. He did not even acknowledge the child or even look at his eyes. He immediately plugged surgery with total anesthesia and directed me to the receptionist to make an appointment and discuss payment. I ended up taking my child to another doctor in Los Gatos, and she was able to resolve his issue with EYE DROPS. A bad doctor on so many levels.
