RecommendedJust need to put a huge shout out on here to OptiWow. They do childrens active eyeglass wear (Goggles, sunglasses etc). We ordered swim goggles for Gabe so he could see and I contacted them today to change the delivery address due to having to relocate after Hurricane Sally wiped us out....got an email back that said they were fully refunding Gabriels Goggles ($200) and they hope it helps our family during this time and she would change the delivery address. Rachel is the bees knees! She helped my son get the perfect pair of frames for his unique facial features and look like a cool big kid to boot! We live near Seattle so we obviously haven't met in person but she was super available via email and was beyond awesome. The selection was fabulous and the customer service exceeded expectations. Will 100% shop here again!

I ordered glasses a couple of weeks ago. Everyone was so nice and helpful with the order. Very good quality glasses. I will definitely be ordering more! Thanks for all your help and for the cute glasses!
Rachel is incredible at Optiwow! I was always able to reach her on the phone or email- she has always been super responsive. She helped me pick out the perfect pair for my 5 year old! The glasses are so cute and I haven't found them anywhere else. Unfortunately my son broke his glasses twice in the past year (within the warranty) and I was so grateful when Rachel got them replaced without any delay. His new glasses were promptly shipped back to us. I will be getting glasses for myself.
