Almost impossible to get ahold of, I have left 5 voicemails asking them to call me back and have received no call back. Sometimes they answer the phone sometimes they just ignore repeated calls to their phone. Maintenance is quick and efficient though
I don’t know what to say I applied for an apartment. I got approved and got charged an application and administrative fee. The property manager never responded I called optivo and they were to message me them. I basically got charged fees for nothing……. If you don’t want to rent them stop taking people money
I’m being overcharged $250 more than what I’m supposed to pay, and they keep saying they’re not overcharging me even though I’ve shown proof of my lease and everything. Every time I email, text, or call, they give me the same exact answer and nothing gets fixed. It’s honestly ridiculous and beyond stressful.
I dont get why they make me get rid of a dog cause neighbors make noise, just for someone else to move in with a dog and then they move the problem neighbors that they just moved from another apartment. towed my car that was approved to be on the property with the previous management cost me a grand to get my car out of impound. Then as i read other people's reviews, optivo responds with please call us about concerns. You'll never talk to anyone until they need you.
They never pick up my phone calls and I told them take me name off lease they leave did that either
