Does anyone know how to contact the office? No voicemail is set up and no one answers the number provided. Help would be appreciated
Happy with being able to see, recovery was longer for me than expected and I don't feel like that was discussed enough to make me know that it's normal and not to panic. The wait time was way over scheduled time almost every single follow up. Made me feel like they forgot about me and disregarded the value of my time. Waiting 30-60 minutes over isn't acceptable.
It's been 1 week since my Lasik surgery and it's the BEST decision I've made in a long time!! OptiVision's staff and Doctor's are friendly, professional and calming. They make you feel at ease the instant you walk in the door. Will definitely recommend OptiVision to friends and family!! Thank you SOOOO much for giving me my sight back!
