I had an outstanding experience at Multivision in Laval, thanks especially to CARMEL. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I received my prescription sunglasses before leaving for my honeymoon. When she found out I was leaving early the next morning and that my glasses were ready at the lab but hadn't arrived at the store yet, she personally took a taxi to go pick them up so I could have them in time.
