Amazing service, staff is super friendly.
De passage à Montréal, notre fils de 8 ans a cassé une branche de ses lunettes. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et même si la branche n'est pas réparable, une solution provisoire a été trouvée. Merci beaucoup 🤗
I had very bad experience, the staff gave me no discount on my eyes examination and also refuse to apply my insurance as was initialy mentioned on their webside so i had to come make the claim to my insurance myself after paying a huge unexpected some of money. Secondly they assured me that parking was free for all their clients but at the earn of the the examination i paid 12$ for parking which they refused to refund it to me. That is so dishonest of them. The eye exam was good, reasonably priced. Buying glasses here was a mistake. The were running a promotion when I ordered my glasses: Buy a pair of glasses, get $180 off contact lenses. Sounds great! I ordered my glasses and was informed as soon as the transaction went through that they would take up to a month to be ready. I've never waited more than two weeks in my 22 years of wearing glasses.
