I got my hair done by Jenna yesterday for prom and I absolutely loved it!!! Everyone was all so nice and made you feel welcome. Definitely want to come back!
One of the worse cuts. The same as when I came in just shorter. She did not care to listen to me. I should of gone to Best Cuts. Very unhappy. Thinking a spa they take the time to give you the best.
I love this salon! I am a new client to the salon As I followed my hair dresser from her old job to this amazing location. Everyone is so friendly and the service is great. These ladies make their salon one of the most professional salons I've been to! I would recommend Options to anyone.
My daughter went in for highlights and left with A chemical burn and a large bald spot!! They didn't even tell her it had happened....2 separate physicians, and another Salon have concluded they knew this happened due to the amount of hair that came out! The owner is still not accepting any responsibility for this. VERY POOR BUSINESS...
Every time I go to Options Salon and Spa to get my manicures or pedicures, Kara is the best! She is always so fun to talk to, and a true professional! I would recommend her to anyone!! �
Nice salon. I get my nails done there. The technicians are nice and gentle. Always do a nice job. The space where they do pedicures is so magical and relaxing.
