I have been coming to you guys for 18+ YEARS!! Had a bad experience with a waxer and my eye arch a few months back. No big deal, things happen, I was upset but moved on. Went in last Friday and had another horrible experience with the same waxer. Eye arch is uneven, had a bad burn on one eyelid. I called. Waxer was supposed to call me back, I'm still waiting. Was just informed by my 8 year old that “ the girls” at the salon doing hair were making fun of her hair for her father’s wedding unacceptable for a little girl to be treated this way.
I won’t go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done! Connie is the best hands down!

I love Options Salon! I moved to the area about 4 years ago, made an appointment and never needed to try another salon! Barb and the entire front desk staff are always so welcoming and know who I am when I walk in the door. I enjoy getting to chit chat on occasion with the ladies up front.
