I came to Options Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation after suffering a tibial plateau fracture, and slight muscle tear after a work related accident. They have been great to deal with at every level. Dr. Nick and his staff do a great job tailoring the therapy to the specific injury. The clerical staff was warm and on the ball. Physical therapy not good. Poor hygiene and poor quality therapist. The chiropractor Dr. Colon is knowledgeable. Final word...I know everyone has to make money...but the place is run too much like a production line. I could not even finish my therapy due to rude therapist.
