I had to wait 30 days to receive my security deposit, and when I finally did, the check was issued incorrectly. This resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth between the bank and the landlord to correct an error that should have been avoided entirely.

I would strongly caution anyone considering renting here. My experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. Communication was poor and often inconsistent, and it was never clear who was actually responsible for decisions, as the property appears to be managed between the landlord and a family member.
