I have to echo many of the reviews. Frank is a dishonest contractor who took our second half payment of $12,000 and disappeared on us. When we had contracted with him we asked if he would handle all the permits with Limerick Twp. and he said yes he takes care of all that. He came right over to get our deposit , then didn't show up to get started for months. Took repeated calls to get him to get going. Stay away from this scammer!!! He doesn’t pay his subs and will take your $$ without completing the job. You’ve been warned…this guy is disgusting and a thief. He should be in jail with how much he takes people’s money and ghosts and how much he owes people.
DO NOT HIRE FRANK CAIKOSKI, OWNER OF OPTIONS IN GRANITE We hired Frank for a home renovation. After giving him a deposit of 45,000 (and his swift deposit of our check), it became clear quickly Frank had over-promised and over-committed himself. He did 2 days worth of demo to our house and met with us at one tile appt. Then he stopped communicating with us. We should have known better than to do business with Frank. He had all the tell-tale signs of a less than reputable contractor. His estimate and contract were not itemized, he requested a large 1st deposit (50%), and checks were made out to him and not his LLC. We overlooked those things because he was recommended by someone and he seemed trustworthy at first meeting, so we hired him to do our kitchen.
