I'm a client of theirs. The services are outright poor. The people they send are poorly trained. Then they call in sick. The office doesn't send anyone to replace them. And when your regular Care Provider quits. You might get a replacement 4 to 6 weeks later. I literally had to beg for food from my neighbors because with my physical disability (Cerebral Palsy)I couldn't walk 3/4 of a mile to catch a city bus to go to the grocery store. I worked for this company and it was nice but some of the workers were rude. They don't do house visit with some of their clients. And it's really not a good working environment. I would have went to a supervisor about how I was feeling about an employee but I'm sure I would have been ignored. I did love working with most of my clients. But I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And pay is not even enough to live on.

EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH OFFICE STAFF, SO RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS, TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL and MANAGEMENT IGNORES IT ALL!! THE ONLY THING THAT THEY ARE CONSISTENT WITH IS HOW THEY CHEAT THEIR EMPLOYEES OUT OF THEIR HOURS AND PAY!! THEY LIE AND CHEAT AND STEAL WITHOUT A CONSCIENCE AND THEN COVER FOR EACH OTHER!!
