Absolutely HORRIBLE PLACE. Malia Johnson is the WORST, rudest and frankly most ridiculous person who ever posed as a doctor. She let me walk out of her office wanting to kill myself. I was not that bad when I got there but after experiencing her abuse and gaslighting and idiocy she turned it around and said I had a problem. Recently lost a large piece of my shoulder to cancer, tried to go see these folks, was turned away rudely for not filling in some of the forms correctly. When I was mentioned I didn't understand them all and was having a REALLY bad time with anger and depression I was rudely told if I think I am a danger to myself or somebody call 911 and sent on my way. Have reached out to my surgeon in Portland since then and got a referred to a different group with much more professional office staff. WOULD NOT recommend.
The worst service. Staff is unfriendly. The process is teeth pulling... Just one big headache when you're already in need of help... Worst experience just to get some help and someone to talk to. Bring back outpatient programs and being able to walk into an office and say I need help... Options is a joke. Family solutions was a god sent... Bring back help!!

Mean therapists. How do companies like this not get sued for suicides?
This was truly the WORST experience I have ever had with the mental health system in southern Oregon . They are uneducated group of people faking they're way through our mentally ill people in Oregon deserve so much more than this lame company.
