I had an excellent experience. The attention and empathy from the staff is wonderful.
I had the loveliest experience at this clinic. I was so nervous for my appointment but my nurses Claire and Julia were so friendly that it made me feel at ease. They were very informative and told me all of my options, risks, other tests I should do, etc. I am really grateful for their compassion and knowledge! Nurses truly are the backbone of healthcare.
I had a virtual appointment which was great since the nearest location is a bit of a drive. The doctor was patient and knowledgable in answering my questions and presenting options based on my needs. I did not feel rushed at all and thought that the doctor ensured that I had all the information I needed. The fax number for my pharmacy was wrong on the website and office staff responded quickly and were quite helpful. Overall a really great experience!
I have always had incredible experiences with the nurses and doctors here. They are all clearly very compassionate, highly professional, and well-versed caregivers.
