We have been with Options For Senior America for 2 + years. Chris has always done a great job of trying to provide a consistent caregiver for us. This makes a big difference. We appreciate his efforts and the efforts of the Caregivers to stay consistent. Chris is very accessible to address questions, concerns, and adjust the Caregivers if someone has to be off or can not come into work. The Caregivers have each brought their knowledge, experience, and kindness to assist us.
Options for Senior America has been very supportive and has met our needs for my elderly Mom. They have provided great support for almost two years. In the beginning they came out to explain the care they provide. Talked with my Mom to see where she is in her needs and provided support to meet all her needs. The billing process is fair and easy. I have recommended their services to other friends that need the support.
My family started working with Options for Senior America in June to provide in-home care services for my father. My dad has dementia and Parkinson's both in the early stages. Over the last four months the service representative has helped my dad with physical and mental exercises. We're very happy with Options for Senior America especially the relationship that has developed between my father and the service representative.
Options is a family business at heart, and they treat you and your loved ones like you're part of that family. They provided us support and advice when we needed help making adjustments to our house to accommodate my aging mother. We wouldn't have known where to start without them. They always tried to give us the same caregiver and she built a very strong relationship with my mom and our whole family. I highly recommend Options to anyone needing support with in home care for an aging loved one.

They take every measure possible to make the care recipient, and their family, feel at ease and supported through an often stressful time in life. Christophe, is a great advocate to have, and always makes sure his clients are taken care of, day or night.
