The manager and Donna were very helpful to set us services for my mother. They acted swiftly when we were in a bind and recommended a caregiver who turned out to be very reliable.
They provided a supposed full-time care giver for my father, while his regular care giver was on vacation for approximately two weeks. Over the years we have used a number of different agencies in the Atlanta area for the same purpose. We have never had the degree of problems we had with this agency. It is clearly apparent that they do not train or check-out there personnel. It was a complete nightmare.
