Options Exteriors replaced our roof this summer and I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience. Mike was very professional and saw the project through each step of the way, from the initial inspection, working with our insurance company, supervising the work and even personally cleaning our sky lights after they were done with the roof! The workers were very careful with cleaning up any mess and protecting our landscaping. I highly recommend this business.
Our rep was Dylan Clark. He was SO HELPFUL with our new roof project, due to a horrible hail & wind storm. He's a very nice guy who's a great communicator and stayed on top of everything. Would definitely recommend Options Exteriors with Dylan as your rep!
Our Options Exteriors representative was Mike Patestas. He was very helpful with the insurance adjusters inspection of the hail/wind damage to our roof. It is probably fair to say without his assistance we may not received any compensation from our insurance company. The communication throughout the claims process was great. Mike kept us well informed from the time of the inspection, to filing the claim and completion of the project. Mike Patestas did a fantastic job leading us through the process of getting a new roof.
We worked with Dylan from Options Exteriors. He had his work cut out because I was quit busy and a bit leery when he came knocking. However, he took the time to explain the process with insurance approval and finances and made sure we got the best deal possible. He worked closely with our insurance and the result is a beautiful new roof that I feel so fortunate to have.
