Great group of specialists working with kids and families to resolve conflicts through building rapport
Providers are great, but actually getting a hold of the front desk is more of a chore than it should be. You can't just leave a message cause then you're playing phone tag, and if you're like me and have a job where you're not able to be on your phone whenever you want, it can be difficult to get appointments booked. And apparently when someone does feel like answering the phones they want to get an attitude, so schedule with your provider directly!
Options has been nothing but amazing for me
Amazing staff and providers. I can't speak enough to how great they are in this office. They're always helpful and do everything they can do take care of their patients. It's never easy having to take one of your children in to a provider for therapy. Instead, the staff at Options makes it painless and a positive experience. I don't know where we'd be without them. Even when we had issues with our insurance they offered suggestions to help and work around. They also have convenient hours and days.
