I've been going for years and I enjoy it. Customer Service is good. I would highly recommend them.
I was a former patient of options. While they're i had the most amazing therapist - her name was Sandra Munn. She treated me for 3 years approximately. She was always encouraging and warm when she welcomed me. Needless to say when she left options I felt the negativity of the clinic and the front management. My prior therapists recommendation on who to place me with was entirely ignored and they placed a female sa survivor with a man expecting a result. I pray you don’t have to deal with their intake lady. She is VERY rude on the phone and acts like she doesn’t care. I asked to speak to someone else and never got a call back. I doubt I ever will.
Not interested in doing business with us, it appears. If there is not enough staff to help people, or even get back to someone within more than several weeks of multiple attempts to connect, then it should be stated on their website that they are closed to new patients.
