I pray you don’t have to deal with their intake lady. She is VERY rude on the phone and acts like she doesn’t care. I asked to speak to someone else and never got a call back. I doubt I ever will.
Not interested in doing business with us, it appears. If there is not enough staff to help people, or even get back to someone within more than several weeks of multiple attempts to connect, then it should be stated on their website that they are closed to new patients.
They expect a 15 yr old kid to fill out paperwork! Their website doesn't accept "sign here". No way to get papers to them on time. So they terminate services... good job guys!
