SUPERB SPACE! Incredibly comfortable and pleasant. INCREDIBLE PROFESSIONAL. Chris is knowledgeable and outstanding in her work. She has spent many years developing ideas and techniques and that reflects in the session. I have learned very much about my body from her and feel more confident using my body for work now. I highly recommend Options & Ability and Chris's sessions to anyone with any goal--whether it be pain management or simply wanting to have better form at the gym and everything in between.
