The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The infusion room was nice, clean and very comfortable!
OMGOSH! If I could give the infusion nurses & staff @ Option One 10 stars I would! They are so very caring & thoughtful.
What a great experience! We walked in and they knew instantly who we were and took us to our infusion room. I was expecting 20 minutes of the "let's fill out paperwork" fun.. they had all of that done before we got there. I just had to sign. WONDERFUL!!! They might have the most friendly staff we have ever come across... and that is saying a lot because OU Children's Hospital has some great people too. I loved their hospitality.. Especially my daughters nurse Kym.. She went above and beyond caring for us and our needs I could call or text her anytime and if she didn't know an answer she would get one and we loved her huge heart. Thank you!!
