I'm extremely disappointed by the customer service or lock thereof with this business. My company has used Oakhurst in the past and had a great experience so we reached out to them on some new signage needs for a brand new community. We got the runaround for 2 months with excuse after excuse now to be told that they will be focusing on architectural cladding and wholesale divisions instead of the business that they agreed to with us previously. We selected Options Signs based on a referral and while the end product appears to be of quality build, unlike other sign companies, they did not send anyone out to survey the property and make recommendations based on existing conditions. We have a black lettered sign on a raceway which casts a harsh shadow, giving the appearance of a line running through the sign. Options Signs made recommendations from a cost perspective of mounting the letters directly on the building but made no mention of the aesthetic risks of black l... read more
I am a property manager for a retail leasing real estate company and we used Option Signs to make repairs to one of our highway facing pylon signs. The sign was concaved on one side and bulging out on the other due to wind damage. Patti was very helpful in facilitating the repairs and the technicians who completed the labor did a great job. The sign looked as good as new after they fixed it! Would recommend Option Signs to anyone - they are very professional!
