I’ve used this company before for drain cleaning, and all went well, but this time was frustrating. I was charged $50 for a diagnostic on my water heater and never got a clear explanation of the issue. I called twice for clarification and never heard back. They quoted $1,000 for labor and $3,000 for a new unit with labor, but the fix ended up being $10. If you’re going to charge for a diagnostic, at least explain what’s actually wrong instead of just recommending a new unit. Would not recommend.
Brandon came over and fixed a leaky faucet and did excellent work.
So glad I found Option One online. They were able to solve my plumbing issue quickly and our tech was very knowledgeable with all of our questions
Daniel and Frank were excellent. They quickly repaired my water line and answered all my questions. Being from out of town I am glad I selected them to do my emergency repair work.
