Under no circumstances should anyone use this company. I've financed several homes in my life but this has got to be the single worst experience I have ever had. I cannot begin to complain about the sheer lack of legal knowledge of their underwriter or the complete incompetence of everyone at this company. It's like this is the company where all the rejects go to work. Avoid them at all cost!
It has been a long time since i went through the process of obtaining a loan so i was very apprehensive about the whole process.
