I used OptionCare for a few months because it seemed convenient to have infusions at home instead of going into a center. It was such a terrible experience I switched back to my old infusion center. I highly recommend avoiding them if you have other options. - On my first visit, I was supposed to have it at home but they didn't schedule me a nurse so they told me to go to this center. Experienced great care and attention. The private rooms was a nice surprise.
I showed up for my appointment to have an infusion of an important drug, but the infusion center had apparently forgotten to order the drug and so after 35 minutes of waiting around I was told to re-schedule. Not impressive for an infusion center.
