My mom was hospitalized and was discharged on December 19th with an IV to continue her treatment at home. Katharine called me and said the medication would arrive at home that day at 10 pm. I asked her several times if she was sure about the time. I stayed awake until almost midnight waiting, and it never arrived. Now I'm wondering what I should do, since my mom wasn't supposed to miss any doses of her treatment

The worst. Absolutely the worst surprisingly their pharmacy is good. No communication, it feels like nobody is in charge. No call back, no email back. No rhyme or reason. I received one box of supplies, which I asked them not to send, at 11 on a Sat night.
Options Care Health is the absolute worst. They don’t deserve to be open for operations. They hang up on you. They leave patients on HOLD status even after a hospital releases you. They don’t move a muscle outside of business days and business hours and claim their INTAKE DEPARTMENT is open to change that status when they’re clearly not open. LIARS. DELINQUENT LOT. Someone needs to clean the house.
