Option Care has the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Where to even start? To get someone on the phone is almost impossible. I was told there is only one person that works the main number and that one person never returns your phone calls. The direct lines also never answer their numbers. No surprise here by the reviews. They don’t pick up the phone or return phone calls. I guess that’s how “family” is supposed to be treated lol

Extremely poor customer care experience. Nobody ever picks up the phone & they supposedly “treat patients like family”. I Never get proper supplies. The pharmacist seems ignorant & rude. She never apologizes for missing supplies & never picks up phone or returns calls. Very disappointed with the staff.

The service is just horrendous. No one answers or returns phone calls. Not once have they done anything in a timely manner.

Recently started using Option Care for my in fusion supplies. Every order is issue spending hours trying to get in touch with company. Deliveries always a problem either not shipped when promised or show up at midnight. Not knowledge on needs have pic line and was told that caps not needed which is ridiculous had to get management ok. By far most poorly run company. The answering machine said company that treats customers like family which is a joke. If you have choice don't use them
