Update July 23, 2025 Still lying !!!! Still same terrible service ! Wish I could make it zero stars. Same story as before. I wish there was another Option for me than Option care!! They are literally costing the Tax payers thousands of dollars by their delays. They are a VA vendor and I am going to contact my congressman about poor of service and dishonesty!! It's 2025. Stop making me do a phone call for every refill. I work during business hours, I don't have time for a ridiculous phone call I always miss. Get a patient portal set up or do it through text message. There are so many health tech products that can do this patient engagement. This is ridiculously inaccessible and unacceptable.
Nurses great but pharmacy coordination is terrible I had to stay in hospital extra days multiple times waiting so I have continuity of care . Then they basically lie to you about it.
