These people are such miserable souls who are incapable of being respectful or kind. They have made caring for my son nearly impossible and this is the type of thing that clearly brings joy to their miserable little hearts. The supplies are continuously wrong and low quality and don’t even bother calling with the most basic questions as you will be treated with such unbelievable hostility for daring to even dial their number. If you need to speak to someone on the phone, it's impossible. I have sat on hold and been hung up on for over an hour on multiple occasions. If you choose to leave a message, the line just rings and never goes to voicemail. You are practically forced to use their text system. If you have a simple recurring order, I'm sure the automated text system is fine, but good luck if a change has been made recently or you need to report an issue. If this company tells you that you don't qualify for home health visits and forces you into their suite, **get a second opinion.** Consider Kaba Infusion instead. They’re wonderful. They told me my insurance wouldn't allow home visits, but I found multiple local companies that would. I've switched my care and am already much happier elsewhere. The only positive I experienced is the nurses are really kind and have a positive attitude. My issues are with the way the program is administered, their inability to answer the phone ... read more
