They are the suppliers for my feeding tube equipment, and formula. Their salesman visited me when I was in the hospital at Saint Mary’s in Rochester, Mn., and he told me everything was pre approved through my insurance. Knowingly it was not, and on October 23, 2024 they sent me orders knowing that they were not in my insurance network. Then in December I called over a bill and find out that I owe over $5000.
