One of your nursing employees was extremely disrespectful to one of your patients son and another employee. It was absolutely unacceptable the way he was talking to this family member and I. If you believe this is okay, it is not. I didn’t catch his name, I believe maybe Dylan? I am more than likely wrong but it was not okay.
