They canceled my infusion without even contacting me. I was told I’d receive a call to schedule. Never happened. I became concerned, called, and learned my extremely necessary service had been cancelled. I couldn’t even get any info because they listed my as inactive. Meanwhile, they didn’t forget to send the link for payment, which they wanted before the service. Terrible all around and now I get to try and arrange another session as I pray my numbers don’t go crazy.

They always deliver the same day I get a text message on my phone letting me know it’s on the way.
I am only giving the 5 Star for Amyre who has been excellent My husband is on IV antibiotics 3x a day for 6 weeks. The first two weeks were the worst customer service. They would not answer the phone or return a phone call. We were not given enough supplies to give the IV’s. I gave 2-3 bad reviews. Those reviews have been taken off this website.
