Got discharged from hospital yesterday. I was told my Medicine will be delivered no later than 10pm that day. The warehouse ended up closed for Halloween. So I was told they will deliver it next day it’s now 10:35 am and still nothing even tho I was told I will get it 9am today. I done missed 2 doses of an antibiotic that I really need . I have NEVER had to harass a pharmacy as much as I have to be on them. We aren't getting our supplies and I have to keep on top of them for his meds that have been late to is once and had I not emailed them it would have been twice. They don't answer the phone, EVER and when they do they have no idea what's going on, if I could give zero stars... I would...
I’d leave a zero stars if possible. My husbands infusion meds which are due every 24 hrs were last given 29 hours ago and still waiting for new meds that we’re supposedly shipped out! Have been trying for 2 days to get anything other than a voicemail!! Can’t get a person on the phone or even a return call!
This has to be one of the worst companies on the planet. You advertise you treat your clients like family. Well you must really hate your family. I have left 3 messages over 3 days with no returned call. The fact that you cannot call and talk to someone says a lot about you as well.
I recently had surgery on my right foot toes. I was discharged and told that before the nights over, my supplies and medicine would be delivered. Long behold, Mike called and gave me an ETA going into the very morning hours. Which is very unusual for a late delivery. Well he sure did make that delivery and it could not been any other person. Professional, good humor, attentive and most of good customer service. Thanks Mike, stay safe And to everyone else at this place, 5 stars thus far and highly recommended
