I'm an ongoing patient with option care health. For the last month they have been sending battery's that won't last the night. When it was brought to their attention, I was told there was nothing they could do. This means I have to get up in the middle of the night to put fresh battery's in my pump. This is ridiculous that they can't call there supplier and straighten this problem out.

I have nothing but good things to say about Option Care Health. They’ve been super helpful. Especially Cindy, who went out of her way to come in early to treat me so that I wouldn’t have to miss work or be late. She was exceptional.

My experience was not good from beginning to the end. There was a lack of communication from them to teach me what I needed to know to do infusions at home. The IV bags came to me already primed but full of air. I had to use a pump and figure out on my own how to fix this error. I kept asking the nurse how to dispose of the yellow garbage cans and she said she didn't know but didn't bother to find out. My blood was drawn for 3 weeks and I never received one result because the vials were not able to be tested due to mis handl... read more
