My experience was not good from beginning to the end. There was a lack of communication from them to teach me what I needed to know to do infusions at home. The IV bags came to me already primed but full of air. I had to use a pump and figure out on my own how to fix this error. I kept asking the nurse how to dispose of the yellow garbage cans and she said she didn't know but didn't bother to find out. I was astonished by how well I was treated here. I've never experienced a facility like this one that made me feel at home like I did here. I felt like the most important person in the world when I was there and they even had soda and snacks set aside that were just for me. The time flew by and their #1 goal was my comfort. I look forward to my next appointment. Also, Nurse Bob was the best and am amazing person.
