I have my infusion at the facility in Norwood...and they are absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! Would recommend to ANYONE needing their service!!!
My nurse was wonderful she explained not just to me but to my husband how everything worked and what needed to be done
I'm an ongoing patient with option care health. For the last month they have been sending battery's that won't last the night. When it was brought to their attention, I was told there was nothing they could do. This means I have to get up in the middle of the night to put fresh battery's in my pump. This is ridiculous that they can't call there supplier and straighten this problem out.
I have nothing but good things to say about Option Care Health. They’ve been super helpful. Especially Cindy, who went out of her way to come in early to treat me so that I wouldn’t have to miss work or be late. She was exceptional.
