VERY POOR service! I seriously wonder if insurance fraud is involved. I have excellent insurance, but Option progressively held back medical supplies until I had to start buying my own supplies on line: saline flushes, green caps, alcohol wipes, central line dressing kits, and bio patches for pic lines to prevent sepsis. Their team was rude and dismissive when I questioned their decisions to ration or deny supplies. I changed to Vital Care. Vital Care is wonderful!!!

Lack of consistency and follow through, unprofessional. I had an incredibly difficult time and will not be coming back.

Incredibly hard to work with. Did not delivered promised supplies or formula. We had to wait 3 days for formula to get delivered. I even had to call them and ask what to do without formula, how was I supposed to supply nutrition to my family member? Multiple people on this team (including supervisors) and each one of them tried to blame others for their lack of planning, late deliveries, errors and complete ignorance.
