Lack of consistency and follow through, unprofessional. I had an incredibly difficult time and will not be coming back.
Incredibly hard to work with. Did not delivered promised supplies or formula. We had to wait 3 days for formula to get delivered. I even had to call them and ask what to do without formula, how was I supposed to supply nutrition to my family member? Multiple people on this team (including supervisors) and each one of them tried to blame others for their lack of planning, late deliveries, errors and complete ignorance. Not all clinicians are proficient with their shot techniques
If you were going to have me write this review a couple weeks ago, I probably would have given it a 1 star. We had a rough start with communication between us and this provider. We were initially with a different infusion center that provided my husband's medical care for his medication. That infusion center dissolved their department so we were referred to Option Care. They did try to get a hold of me once in January. That was their only attempt to get my husband transferred over. Of course months pass and we were completel... read more
