I used Option Care for approximately 9 months. The service was the best that I could ever have asked ask for. Jessica, Mike and team in Meridian are wonderful. They always went above and beyond for me, no matter what. The Dieticians called and checked in regularly as well. The delivery people were so helpful and kind. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
Easy clean private rooms, dark, quiet, has TV and snacks.
VERY POOR service! I seriously wonder if insurance fraud is involved. I have excellent insurance, but Option progressively held back medical supplies until I had to start buying my own supplies on line: saline flushes, green caps, alcohol wipes, central line dressing kits, and bio patches for pic lines to prevent sepsis. Their team was rude and dismissive when I questioned their decisions to ration or deny supplies. I changed to Vital Care. Vital Care is wonderful!!!
Terrible, slow, and rude.
Lack of consistency and follow through, unprofessional. I had an incredibly difficult time and will not be coming back.
