Another week of no one from the Miramar FL pharmacy returning a call to reorder medication. We have 1 day left. This company needs better patient support.

I love my nurse Danay. She is wonderful ! She takes good care of me & makes me feel compfortable. DANAY is who makes me give optioncare 5 stars.

Something changed with the Fort Myers location. I'm not sure what...but it is impossible to reach a person at that location. You can leave messages and nobody will call you back. This is extremely sad because the patients calling this company aren't trying to order a pizza. They need medications. It may be time to get a new tagline because "Optioncare, where we treat you like family," may not be the best fit for this service.

I can’t never get anybody on the phone no matter how many forms try to leave message try to contact people directly. They’ll never call you back unless they need a payment. You won’t get a call from them. My wife is out of the hospital. I need to find out what time is the ETA for her formula no no callbacks. No customer service whatsoever so disappointed they playing with people’s comfort.

Excelente compañía de suministros de antibióticos. Han demostrado gran profesionalismo y todo lo que me proporcionaron funciona a la perfección. Los recomiendo ampliamente.
