This company is horrible! I've been with them for 4 years. Now they require patients that visit the Belleville location to bring their own meds. They brown bag my infusion meds, it includes everything but the pole. Weighs about 25lbs. I am a patient that has mobility problems and walk with a cane, which is why I'm on this medication. Then the nurse tells me she doesn't understand what my problem is everyone else does this. You should be sued. Charging for a medication I did not sign for! They accomodated me when I was really late. I made the first trip without the medicine so I had to make a second trip.
