The after hours staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful, which is the total opposite of their daytime staff. However, if you have to call after hours, then it’s something important and how you are treated matters. The daytime staff are competent, caring, and provide accurate information.
From the beginning of the service to present, their service and education are excellent!
Very happy with my experience with Option Care! I was treated for an infection that occurred in my right ankle. I went for six visits, and I’m sure I had every nurse do my infusions. Every one of them performed exceptionally well. Elizabeth, Kaitlyn, Carol which treated me on her 61 birthday, and Amanda, for my last treatment were all top notch. Thank you all for your Care!
Giving 2 stars is generous, and I'm only giving that because of a very good nurse there, Kaitlyn. Highly recommend her. She's very friendly and sweet. 5 stars for Kaitlyn!! Otherwise Option Care can be very challenging to work with.
