I was so impressed with Ms. Shavon . She was so clear with with my instructions and helping get me set up with home health instead of driving over hour to Baltimore.
Without a doubt, this is the worst home care company I have worked with. A consistent pattern of inadequate service delivery, poor organization, errors, and horrible communication for the last 8 months have led to multiple phone calls and attempts to get in touch with someone who knows what they are doing, and countless issues that other companies could resolve within a day. Staff that I was in physical contact with were great. Nurse and delivery guy. This company is worse than terrible. They added a medication to my PICC supplies that my doctor omitted because of my severe allergy. They added another prescription form that they sent on with my doctor's name on it unsigned. The additional "prescribed" medication was detailed under where they printed my allergen information. They are thieves do not use this service. They double billed me for a service. I paid one of the bills and my insurance rejected the other because it was a double billing. I’ve called over and over and have even had my insurance call them with me and have proven that it’s a double billing to every representative I’ve spoken to which they keep on saying they will take care of but they keep on sending me notices and now after 2 years have sent me a final notice before they send me to collections.
