I would give Option Care 12 out of 12 stars if I could. The entire team involved in my care from pharmacists, nurses, dietitians, case managers, delivery drivers, and everyone in between has been so kind and caring. My entire care team is in constant communication with updates and everybody knows what’s going on without me having to repeat myself over and over. Option Care Health has made being a patient truly refreshing!

I do not know who runs this so called subscription site but it has failed for my first 2 shipments. I get the call follow the prompts and get refused. I can't speak well due to paralyzed vocal cords so the first order was set up and the woman said they will only text me when needed. They still call. I also tried to pay my bill online and that also failed. Please fell free to text me. Thank you.
I can see why company gets bad reviews. (Someone at company must be posting any positive reviews). Option Care has sent wrong items and takes some time to correct enteric nutrition supplements (if corrected at all) and delays in shipping. Difficult to speak to someone at company and must always leave call back number and wait. Hope for their sake they clean their act.
First time using this company. I would highly recommend them. When I had a question they answered it quickly.
