Not sure why the overall low rating because I've had nothing but positive experiences at Option Care . In fact, whenever I have needed infusion therapy or anything related to my PICC line, I always make sure the hospital I'm discharged from sets me up with Option Care. I have especially enjoyed the employees who work at the 72nd location, namely Jason and Cody, but all the nurses and pharmacy techs there have been outstanding. They have made this process so easy and stress free. I appreciate this service and the employees that make this a wonderful option when long term care is needed.
My experience was top tier.
Absolutely horrible customer service. The representative at St. Charles was extremely rude and chaotic. Our feeding pump does not work properly and it is taking weeks for it to be replaced. Meanwhile my baby is terribly uncomfortable during the feeds. They are unresponsive and on weekends they’re completely unavailable!
Always helpful on orders and done in a timely matter. Any questions or changes they call hood customer service
