I have never in my life received such poor customer service. They never answer the question asked. They talk around in circles and you can not understand them. The nursing staff is ok but for nursing questions only. The customer service people are not knowledgeable in ANYTHING and not pleasant to talk to. I rate them a -1. A very frustrating company to deal with!!
Option Care has been wonderful wirh my care. I have a lot going on and they trained me on proper infusion and have supplied me with all necessary supplies. Tori has been especially helpful as she has checked in on me and is always so fun to talk to on the phone. Highly recommend this company.
Completely unorganized, borderline unsafe.
